Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, company (if provided), work email, contact number, requested service, project information, preferred contact method and privacy consent. Basic server logs may also record technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser details and error events.
Why we collect it
N.A.T.S. uses contact information to understand, route and respond to sales, project and technology-support enquiries. Technical logs are used to maintain security, diagnose errors and reduce abuse.
Enquiry handling and email delivery
Submitted details are delivered to the approved N.A.T.S. enquiry mailbox using authenticated SMTP. The email address you provide is used as the reply-to address; it is not used as the sending identity. Information may be accessible to authorized team members and the email or hosting providers needed to operate the service.
Spam prevention and reCAPTCHA
The form uses a honeypot, rate limiting and Google reCAPTCHA v2. reCAPTCHA may collect device and interaction information under Google’s own privacy policy and terms. Completing the checkbox is required before the website can process an enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, meet legitimate record-keeping needs or resolve a dispute. Server logs should be retained for a limited operational period. Owner confirmation required: approve specific retention periods before publishing them.
Sharing and security
N.A.T.S. should not sell contact-form information. Information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting, spam prevention and email delivery. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
